To keep Cloud Land clean, safe and comfortable for all families, please keep in mind:
Grippy socks are required for all children and adults.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless booked for a party room event.
Seating areas cannot be used for parties or celebrations.
Signed waiver is required for entry.
Every child must be supervised by an adult.
Strollers cannot be stored inside the play or rest areas due to fire regulation.
Please resolve disputes privately and outside the facility.
Cloud Land reserves the right to refuse admission for safety concerns or rule violations.
