Cloud Land Birthday Party Packages
Each party package includes admission for 8 children and 8 adults in a private immersive theme room. If you are expecting more guests, you can book two party rooms together and receive 30 % off the second room. Maximum combined capacity is 40 people.

Tip: Weekend and winter slots book quickly. We recommend reserving your preferred time as early as possible to avoid missing out.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit
A 50 % deposit is required to confirm your booking
Deposits made by phone or email authorization are considered approved transactions
Cancellations
Cancel 14 days before your party for a full refund
Cancel less than 14 days before your event and rescheduling is allowed
Last minute bookings within 14 days are non refundable
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your party once within one year
Changing between weekday and weekend or holiday may have an extra fee
Holding a Spot
We can hold a spot for up to 2 days if the party is more than 2 weeks away
Spots within 2 weeks cannot be held
Food Orders
Food orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before your party
After this time, the full charge will apply

Check your email for the confirmation details sent before your party
Share your guest list in advance and ensure all guests complete a waiver
Leave the party room on time to help us prepare for the next group
Follow room capacity guidelines for comfort and safety
Parents can rotate between the party room and lounge area
Extra children or adults will be confirmed by your party host
No confetti, piñatas or party poppers inside the facility
Snacks and drinks must remain in the party room
Only standard latex balloons are recommended
Use wall safe tape for decorations
