What ages is Cloud Land suitable for?
Cloud Land is designed for children under 12 years old. Our interactive games and play zones are built for toddlers, preschoolers, and young kids, with activities that adults can enjoy together too.
How long can we stay at Cloud Land?
General admission allows for a 90 minute or 150 minute visit. Additional time may be purchased if available.
Can parents play too?
Yes. Cloud Land is created for shared experiences. Parents and guardians are welcome to explore and join in the fun with their children.
Do we need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All first time visitors must complete a waiver. It can be filled out online before your visit.
Do you have lockers for personal items?
We do not currently offer public lockers. Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Is re entry allowed?
Re entry is not available once you have entered the facility. We recommend planning your visit so you can enjoy the full session.
Safety and Facility Rules
Do we need to wear grip socks?
Yes. Grip socks are required for all children and adults for safety, hygiene, and comfort.
What safety measures are in place?
Our trained staff monitor all play zones. We follow strict hygiene standards, conduct equipment checks, and have certified first aid support on site.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend comfortable, active clothing so children can move freely.
Are strollers allowed inside the play area?
Due to space and fire regulations, strollers cannot be stored in the play or rest areas.
Can we bring outside food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted except for booked party packages with approved options.

Are tickets refundable?
All admissions are non refundable.
Do babies get free entry?
Children under 2 enter free with a paid adult admission.
Do you offer annual passes?
Yes. Cloud Land offers weekday and any day annual passes with special discounts for additional children.
Birthday Party Questions
Do you offer birthday party packages?
Yes. We offer themed party rooms, immersive projection experiences, and several package options. Visit our Birthday Parties page for full details.
How many people can each party room hold?
Each room is ideal for 8 children and 8 adults. For groups of 16 to 20, we recommend booking two rooms. The second room is 30 percent off.
How long is each party?
Each booking includes 150 minutes total. This includes 90 minutes of private room access for setup, celebration, and cleanup.
Can we bring our own food?
You may bring your own cake or cupcakes. Additional food options such as pizza and drinks are available depending on your package.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
A 50 % deposit is required to secure your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 days or more before your party for a full refund. Within 14 days, payments are non refundable, but you may reschedule one time within a year.

What types of private events can be hosted at Cloud Land?
We host birthdays, family gatherings, team celebrations, school groups, community meetups, and small corporate events. Any event that benefits from play, creativity, and connection is welcome.
How many guests can Cloud Land accommodate for private rentals?
Private events can host up to 60 guests comfortably. This is ideal for small and mid sized groups who want a fully private and immersive space.
How long is a private event?
Private events include a 3 hour booking. This covers 30 minutes of setup, 150 minutes of play time, and time for cleanup. Extra hours can be added for an additional fee.
What is included in a private event rental?
Every private booking includes full access to interactive projection games, creative play zones, soft play areas, and open space for group activities. You also get built in setup, cleanup support, and an event host.
Can we bring our own food or catering?
Outside food is allowed only in the private event room. You may bring packaged snacks, drinks, or catered meals. Please avoid messy or strong smelling foods.
Is a deposit required to book a private event?
Yes. A 50 % deposit is required to secure your preferred date and time.

Field trips start at $12.95 per child with a minimum of 15 children.

Your visit includes interactive projection games, free play time, a reserved seating area, and on site staff support.
